Our house flooded and we called James to come mold test after we had our house fogged for mold. He came over, talked on the phone most of the time, then hung up and bad mouthed the person he was on the phone with. Afterwards, took samples and our $1,000.00 and sent us a "failed" mold test. After pressing him, he said that it was not his problem that we weren't prepared and that our house wasn't fogged properly, and that he knew ALL this before he took our money knowing that we would absolutely fail. He said he would be willing to come back and take another $1,000.00 from us to do another test. Guess he is alright with stealing from flood victims.
Later that year, I emailed James with question regarding if he knew what the permitting regulations were for building a pergola. Not only did he reply within an hour with an answer, but he also gave me helpful hints and gave me a recommendation for the cheapest lumber prices.
You can really tell that he's well versed in his craft and cares about the work he does. You won't regret going to him.
