I took my vehicle to them when I was on my way out of town. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to get me in right away. I explained what I thought was wrong with the vehicle. They were able to do a quick diagnostic and show me what was wrong my car, called around to help me find the new parts and I was able to pick the parts up in about 15 minutes and my vehicle was fixed within the hour. They show you the part when they take it out of the vehicle to show that they actually fixed the part. They did a general check of my vehicle for me since I was driving out of town. They advised me to bring my vehicle back to them when I returned from my trip and they would add freon to my A/C as well.
