It went GREAT. The gutters were installed quickly and look amazing. Mike and his crew were very polite and answered any questions I had. There were specific places my husband wanted the down spouts to be and it was no problem, what ever we wanted. They also cleaned up the work area when the project was completed which I know doesn't always happen. Would recommend them to anyone wanting gutters.

Mike with American Gutters was a pleasure to work with. He has been completing gutter installations for over 30 years, and it shows with his quality of service.
While shopping for gutters, I contacted and obtained quotes from five companies, including American Gutters. I spoke with Mike every time I contacted the company, where other companies I would speak with whoever was available at the time. Mike also returned all of my telephone calls promptly.
I called American Gutters, along with 4 other companies, for gutter quotes on my new home. Not only was American Gutters the least expensive, but they also quoted me for at least 10 additional feet of coverage than the next competitor. Mike also informed me that if he misquoted me and needed additional materials, he would not charge me for his mistake.
Mike showed up to my home before I left for work one morning and was done with his work before I came home for lunch. The process took roughly 3 - 3.5 hours. He also left my residence clean and free of any debris or trash. The actual installation was done perfectly. He used quality materials, leveled all of our gutters, and placed the downspouts exactly where we discussed them to go.
Overall, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the job that Mike with American Gutter Company did for us. I would gladly recommend him to anyone I know and would personally use him again in a heartbeat!

He promptly came and gave an estimate. Mike is a very nice man who has high values of honestly and integrity. Very sincere. He and a helper came to do the work in a timely manner and installed my gutters professionally. I'd recommend him in a minute.

I called American Gutter Company after finding their listing on Angie's List. Mike came out the same day to quote gutter installation on my entire home. He also dropped off samples of different materials from which we could choose. After making our decision, we called Mike, ordered the gutters and they were delivered as promised. I contacted Mike for an estimate to replace the gutter on the back of my house. About 40 percent of the gutter had pulled away from the fascia and was twisted and sagging. Mike came out the next morning and inspected the gutter. He stated that there was no need for a replacement since the gutter could be reattached to the fascia. The problem was that the original installer had used screws to connect the gutters to the fascia that were about an inch too short. The cost of the repair would be $70.00 total for the service call. Since both gutters were badly in need of a cleaning, I asked for an estimate for that also. The cost would be an additional $70.00. I asked Mike to check his schedule and call me to set an appointment to take care of the gutters. He called me later that day (Thursday) and was concerned about the weather forecast for Saturday that called for heavy rain and strong thunderstorms. Mike scheduled the appointment for the first thing Friday morning. He and his crew were punctual, professional, and personable. In addition to fixing the rear gutter, they installed additional brackets on the front gutter to ensure that it would not pull away from the front fascia. Mike also removed, shortened, and reinstalled two downspouts to ensure maximum flow from the gutters. My only regret is that I did not contact Mike in 1996 when I had the gutters installed. I highly recommend the American Gutter Company for gutter installation, repair and cleaning.

The service was very good. They first came out and I showed them where I wanted the gutters and they gave me an estimate. They came back about two weeks later and I wasn't even home when they came and put the gutters up.
