Mr Menard came recommended from another contractor. After helping me diagnose the problem, Mr Menard allowed me to do most of the site preparation which included digging up the old sub terrain waste line in order save me some of the labor charge. After I dug up the lines, they responded with a crew of three men, a plumber and two helpers. They worked approximately six hours clock time(18 total man hours), and provided approximately $150 in materials. The quality of work is good, but they ran out time to complete everything that had been requested. I will not be using them again strictly because I cannot afford their rates. I feel that $70 per man hour is excessive considering that was the rate charged for each man on the job.

VERY impressed with these guys. Very honest, very straightforward, very professional, very conscientious, very prompt. They were coming behind an HVAC contractor who had made some mistakes, and also replaced a track line natural gas line to a  swimming pool heater  that another plumber had run, because I suspected it was responsible for a very loud whistling sound when the heater ran --  it turns out it was.  Made every effort to improve the setup I had, including some shoddy work the previous contractors had done.  The work was expensive, but that was primarily becuase they had to correct errors made by previous contractors. I was very impressed with the demeanor and the professionalism of all of his employees. I heartily recommend these guys.

They had told me to wait until my counter top was in and I thought it presented a problem because of the corner. I told the little guy you did it, I'll never doubt you again. The service was OK, I'm not gonna give them an A for that because  I had them before and they had done something; they had upset me about the quality of work  so I didn't call them and  I had used another plumber which was OK but I couldn't remember who I had used the last time so I had broke down and  I called them again.
This time he did something I didn't think he could do, so it put him on my good side again. He's a young guy and he's very nice; there were 2 guys that came out. He's a young guy and that's why I told him I didn't think he could do it, and he did  it. He knows what he's doing. I guess he looks too young for me to understand or realize that he knows what he's doing. He did everything and he did it well. It took him about a half a day, so I guess  4 hours. He cleaned up after he was done. I guess I'd recommend him to my friends.

They did a great job.  They brought out the connectors for my new washer and dryer and got me all set up.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES AND THEY ARE ALWAYS EXCELLENT.
THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO FOR THE PRICE THEY QUOTED. AND THEY SHOW UP AT THE DESIGNATED TIME. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL.

If I'm going to have a plumbing disaster, then of course it's going to happen on the day Hurricane Isaac is supposed to hit Acadiana. The water in my bathtub would not turn off, and the two other plumbers I called didn't answer their phones. All Around not only answered the phone, but the guys were here in under half an hour. They got the water turned off, and then fixed the faucet and the plumbing line. It took less than an hour, and they couldn't have been nicer. I will certainly be using them again.

I chose them because I had a recommendation from a local plumbing supplier. When I called All Around Plumbing, he was very delighted in getting in touch me. He was very willing to explain the whole process as we were walking through the house looking at the job.

He is not too good with follow-up and I have to call him probably twice to get him to call me. His wife who answers the phone would say that the message has been passed over to him. Maybe he is too busy. However, he does plan ahead before coming over, which I appreciate.
