As of today, 12/3/13, my vehicle has been there for 5 weeks. They have not initiated a single call to give me a repair status. I called them twice, once at day 14 and again at day 21. On both occasions the response was "I'll have someone call You with an update." - neither call was ever returned. Picking up my un-repaired car today to bring to another shop - don't waste your time with these people.

Brought in a Toyota automatic for rebuild, the transmission have shifting problems. Went on for a couple of days bring it in troubleshooting but still can't fix the problems. They informed that they change ECU that did not fix the problem either. So I am getting frustrated with progress the way it going. So he reimburse my money for the repair.

The owner was courteous, professional, up front, knowledgable and very thorough in his assessment of the problem. He quoted a fair price and time frame and he and his crew delivered. Period. I would certainly go back with either of my family vehicles.

I dropped the transmission from my 2003 Explorer and spoke with the owner, Harry, about a rebuild. He and his staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. I felt very confident that they would do the job and perform the necessary upgrades properly.
I got unit back in 5 days and performed the installation myself. Harry was very cordial and offered his help with any questions during the install. Once installed the transmission has performed like new without fail. They did excellent work.

Transmission performs better than it did when brand new. From the show room this transmission used to shift hard with a lag, then bump into next gear between 2nd and 3rd gears. I drove another new Dodge truck identical to this one in 1998 and it did the same. This rebuilt trans from ATC does none of that and is very smooth. They provide a 15 day inspection/checkup on trans and provide 3 year warranty.
They also did not charge me labor to install the new engine starter motor.
