Electrical Service
Jeff Archer and his crew ( Mike) responded to an emergency call at midnight. Our power had gone out and after checking the main power panel I realized we had a fire that resulted from a blown breaker .
Mr. Archer had a technitian at our house withen 30 minutes of our call. His technician showed up, fully equiped, assessed the problem and got our power going withen an hour. He also showed me the damage the fire caused and discussed the need to replace the entire power panel and breaker system.
The following morning Mr. Archer and Mike were there and ready to go. They gave us a time frame to do the panel change out and discussed the price.
He suggested that the exsisting power panel was made with inferior parts and showed me the difference in what was put in when the house was built compared to the panel he was installing. He also explained that the original panel was not installed properly or marked properly.
My wife and I left the house, came back six hours later and the job was done.

I have already spoke to Mr. Archer about a few other prodjects we need done.
