The owner of this company stalks and harassed and threatens people if they have a bad experience. I have the voicemails and emails to prove it. I went to the Sheriff's office last night to file for an order of protection against this man, and also file a report for harassment and stalking. If you have a bad experience this man won't let up. I am autistic and have been bullied enough in life, but this owner just wants to keep up with it. This is a very dangerous man. I'd suggest finding another company to do business with.

"This is the furthest from the truth. You have been scamming businesses and giving them bad reviews for years when you do not get something for nothing. I was basically told to give him a free remote or Key pad for his garage door opener or this would happen. I stood my ground and now we have bad reviews showing up everywhere and I am defending our company. We have made a police report yesterday and filed this with the DA. I have turned this over to our attorney in hopes this will stop Mr [Member Name Removed] from scamming other business like he has in the past. Check him out on google this is what he does."

Troy was awesome and did an amazing job. The job kept getting pushed back later and later which was beyond his control. I felt the company could have given me a discount for the inconvenience, but none was offered. The quality of their work though is second to none as they do great work. I simply took 2 stars away for losing my whole day waiting for the work which kept getting postponed, and not offering a discount to show they appreciate my time or business.

"We tried to reason with Mr [Member Name Removed] for being 44 minutes late. What Mr [Member Name Removed] fails to mention that we called him and notified him that our tech was running behind. This all went south when Mr [Member Name Removed] assumes he should get some major discount after we discounted his extra remote and keypad he requested from our tech. He wanted it for free and honestly the 64.00 we charged additional did not even pay for the remote and keypad Mr [Member Name Removed] wanted. Mr [Member Name Removed] is very hard to reason with and he is well know for slandering businesses when he does not get his way. This is not the first business he has slandered and probably not his last."

Donald from A C E called back and came to my home the same day ( I called first thing in the morning) He was no nonsense, pleasant, and very helpful in the selection of everything we needed. We decided to replace the door, rails and auto opener with him. In a few days his team showed up and installed everything perfectly. The price was reasonable and as far as we are concerned well worth it not to have to install that heavy thing ourselves. They left no mess, and everything has worked as it's supposed to for the past month.

Old opener decided to not close the door on my way out. I spent nearly 3 hours troubleshooting the unit and had no luck. Called A C E Garage Door Co LLC after a quick Google search. The owner said he could be at my home in short order - less than 2 hours. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. He verified what I suspected to be the problem - a bad circuit board. Cost online was around $90 and I would have to wait for delivery. His cost with installation was about $150 plus tax. However the safety sensor units had been giving me trouble over the last year and needed replacement also. Now we were talking about $270 plus tax and I would have a 10-year-old unit that ha already caused problems and repairs about 2 years ago. A new replacement 1/2 HP unit could be installed for $349 plus tax which included 2 remotes, a replacement wired open/close button and an outside wall-mounted remote control coded keypad. I took that route. Being a local business he had the replacement unit on hand. The unit was installed in the next hour. From first call to completion took less than 4 hours. Excellent, quick work with proper cleanup. Very friendly and courteous.
