He put our generator in our driveway and cut off half our driveway. It's supposed to be 15 feet from a window because of the carbon monoxide. I called the city, because I live in a historical area, and I asked where generators normally go, and they said, "Always in the back." The plumber that came in stated that he's never before seen such sloppy work. I called Home Depot because I got these people through them, and they didn't do anything to help me. He did only what he wanted to do. I have never had an experience with anyone like him.

The main power line to my house became loose from it's main supports after a storm and was lying across my neighbor's roof. I tried to get Entergy to intervene for safety's sake but got no help form them at all. Trinity came out the same day I called and sorted the problem out with a solid an permanent repair of the mounting bracket and connection. The connection is some 12 feet skyward and this was a job that had to be done right. I'm glad to say that everything is still in great shape even after several more thunderstorms. I also worked with Trinity Electric for several years in my capacity as a property manager on no less than 20 (maybe more) jobs that I can recollect both big and small. They were always on time, on budget and the work was done right every time. He became my preferred electrician and still is.

The technician I dealt with was very professional. He arrived at the time he had committed to. He was friendly and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He asked a lot of questions about the problems I was experiencing.
Going into this I had a bad feeling that this was going to be a very expensive repair. I think this is a situation where a dishonest person could have exploited it and proposed unnecessary fixes. Instead he told me that he had isolated the issue to a problem with the voltage level coming in from the electric company. He left precise notes for Entergy and gave me some advice on how to deal with them successfully. He even told me that there was a claim process whereby Entergy might reimburse me for my expenses that this issue has caused me.
When Entergy came out I gave them his notes and thankfully they followed them. Ciro at Trinity had correctly diagnosed the problem because when Entergy made their repairs everything was working right.

I had 5 ceiling fans to install as well as 7 light fixture swap outs. The final result is very nice.  We did have some problems with the instillation that probably could have been resolved faster but the owner had to leave and left the assistant to do the  bulk of the work.  Unfortunately, the assistant could not accomplish some of the work without the electrician and so the process longer than needed. The owner eventually returned around 5 pm and they completed the work around 10 pm.    The owner had to return at a later date to balance a fan...it took several months for this to happen but he did return and balanced the fan.  All fixtures look great and ceiling fans are working well.  The owner did apologize for the delay and I felt he was very sincere.

When our power went out in all but one or two places, we called Trinity because they could send someone ASAP. He took one look at our fried circuit panel and said, "Uh oh." We had to replace the panel. After seeing all the fried wires, he said it was an emergency and put his guys on the job that night. They worked from 7pm - 2am. They were lifesavers!

Things are great with them. The only complaint that I have is that they are on the pushy side. Other than that, it's good. They kind of call you too much. They haven't done any work for me yet, but the inspection was thorough.
