This has been the best experience I have ever had dealing with a repair company. They provided fast service, called and set up appointment within 1 hour of call to AHS. Arrived next day on time and even provided a tracking app to see as they came out. Our tech Sateen, came out and pinpointed the problem swiftly. He took his time to explain and show us why the component failed, and explained what parts were ordered, and that they would be in the next day. However the next day the weather decided to get horrible. They still tried to work around the rain and in absolute rain storm Sateen tried his best to get repairs done, but the rain just made it impossible. They stayed in contact and had us reschedule for the next day. Once the weather cleared he came out and got us up and running even after finding a problem that we didn't even see the first day. I would recommend Trademasters INC to everyone I come in contact with from now on. They now have a lifetime customer in me. Fast service, great communication, and all around great people to do business with.

'm thankful for reviews! Our downstairs unit went out. Put a request in with AHS. They assigned me Trademasters. This was a little after 9 am. Sometime after 10 I checked my phone and decided to give the company a call. I received a voice mail and also an option to text. I decided to leave a voice mail and text. After that I looked the company up and found these reviews! We were already on the same path. I sent a text at 10:55. I called AHS after reading the reviews at 11:15 to change my Service Provider to a reputable company. AHS says they can't change them Because it hasn't been 24hours. We're hot and need another service provider. I am not about to waste 24 hours waiting on a company that according to reviews don't have an ounce of integrity! AHS rep Mark tells me they have to do good by their contractors and can't show favoritism to one. BS youre going to force me to work with a company yall shouldn't even be sending to peoples homes with all the complaints against them! I canceled the request and will have my $125 refunded back to me. And I'm canceling my contract with AHS! Ofcourse AHS tries everything to get you not to cancel. So it took a while before we got off the phone. I texted Trademasters again at 11:34 to not return my call or text as I saw their reviews and didn't want to do business with them. It took them 2 min to respond then! At 11:36 they text right back saying they got the cancellation from AHS. But they surely couldn't respond to my first text 40 min before! Definitely confirmed I made the right choice. I'd rather be hot than deal with these people!

Technician showed up 30 minutes late. Once arrived he made a face when I explained he needed a ladder to access the outside units which are off the ground and have privacy screening around them. After sitting in his truck for another 30 minutes he called to say I must remove the privacy screen or he can not work on the unit. We have never had this issue before and will never have American Home Shield send this LAZY company again.

I called on a Friday morning, and they were able to come the same day. It turned out that the disconnect switch needed to be replaced. The work was completed within half an hour. The two men that showed up were polite and professional.

The technician came but never got back to the Insurer. My AC has been
out for 5 days and neither I nor my insurer can get a response. They
may redeem themselves, but they'll need to bust it with some effort
before I change my opinion.

System is functioning fine. I had a previous inspection of the cooling system toward the end of summer. Repairs were made then to the system. With my maintenance agreement there is two annual inspections.

They were efficient, timely, and they fixed it. It was freezing cold that day and I needed heat. Everything is holding up good.
