 + -1 moreOverall it was a bad experience for me and I feel like I was taken for money and taken advantage of by trusting that she would honor her verbal commitments.
Description of Work: I called this lady, having gotten her contact info from the newspaper. She gave me a verbal estimate which seemed very reasonable for the initial work and I paid her (in advance, the day she was doing the work) in full. She did not complete the work, but promised to return the next week to finish; she did not. The third week, she returned to complete the initial project and to cut and edge the grass and do minor upkeep to the garden. I handed her another check and trusted her to complete all she had agreed to do. She did nothing to complete the initial job; she did not edge the grass; she did nothing in the garden. I have tried to reach her & number is disconnected. She has not contacted me about any reasons for not fulfilling her agreement
