Description of Work: Trustworthy and careful when cleaning. Excellent with bathrooms and kitchens. Changes sheets on beds. Does not do laundry. House looks and smells wonderful after cleaning. Does not require every one or two week agreement. Does come as needed and is flexible with times. Does work with customer on emphasizing particular area for cleaning. For example, will clean kitchen cabinets in lieu of something else or add to service for agreed upon price. Pleasant and courteous. Some of the maids speak mainly Spanish, but manager is easy to talk to and understand your needs.

 + 0 moreWhen I got home, I expected that when I walked in it would be obviously fresh and clean, like I was walking into a PineSol commercial. That however did not happen. Don't get me wrong the house was clean, and dusted and swept, everything except my back bedroom, which actually was the worse room in the house and the one I wanted help cleaning the most. The back bedroom was not cleaned at all, I did speak with her and she stated that it was not cleaned because she could not get the light in the back bedroom to work and could not clean it in the dark. She however did not offer to come back over and finish the job that she was paid for.
Description of Work: She did a top down cleaning of my house (ceiling, walls, base-boards, floors, frigerator, ceiling fans, etc). The reason I brought her in was because I had been traveling and not wanting to clean the couple of days I was home, so the house was dusty and the air was kinda stagnant.
