When I got home, I expected that when I walked in it would be obviously fresh and clean, like I was walking into a PineSol commercial. That however did not happen. Don't get me wrong the house was clean, and dusted and swept, everything except my back bedroom, which actually was the worse room in the house and the one I wanted help cleaning the most.
The back bedroom was not cleaned at all, I did speak with her and she stated that it was not cleaned because she could not get the light in the back bedroom to work and could not clean it in the dark. She however did not offer to come back over and finish the job that she was paid for.

She came in to clean and do laundry. She works with two or three people. I trusted her to be in my home when I wasn't there. I would recommend her to others. I have been using this service for the past three years.
