It was a typical service. They came and they were prompt and got it done. The price was ok. They were responsive.

I have used them in Philadelphia, DC and they have all my information on file. All I had to do when I moved was changed my address, they know all my rugs. They cleaned everything when I moved in. Before I put the furniture down them came in and put all the rug down and clean all the rugs. They are professional. They never had to clean up a mess. All they are doing is taking the dust and dust mice that the vacuum doesn’t pick up and they do it once a year. All of their chemicals are bio-degradable and no toxins. If not I don't want that. They are great. They take their dirty water and dispose of it. They don't do it in your toilet or you sink.

It was just basic carpet cleaning. He also included some kind of disinfectant. I wasn't here, my wife was here. We're satisfied with it. It was very good. They were coming after one o'clock. I was out of town and they took care of it. They were out of here ion about two and a half to three hours. He did a good job. I thought it was kind of expensive. I haven't had carpet cleaning for some time. We have mostly wood. In my previous house, I had all wood. What I remember from before, I thought it was a little expensive but it was good. He was across the street at my neighbor's house, Laura Johnson and he did theirs. He came over withing a week. We called up for an appointment.

They were professional, courteous, and efficient. They do great work!

We used Stanley Steemer to clean the bedroom carpets in a rental house, twice within the past 4 months. The workers arrived on time, as scheduled. As soon as they walked into the house they worked on upping the services and price, first by saying there was a strong pet smell (there was not), and then by saying that they would charge an added $50.00 to do the Master Bedroom walk-in closet. I told them that they would need to do the carpet cleaning at the previously quoted price, or they could leave and I would get another service company. They did the cleaning for the previously negotiated price, and were in and out within 60 minutes. On the invoice they noted "assorted colored spots, permanent discoloration", "excessive carpet wear", and "animal stains". However, they did not perform any special spot remover or effort to get these stains out. Just once over with the steam cleaner.
I feel that they made these notations to protect themselves if I called them back. However, the cleaning really looked pretty good when they were done and the carpet had dried.
I was turned off by what I thought was a high initial price ($178.00 for four bedrooms), and the service technicians efforts to upgrade the services and cost. Also, by no effort at all to work on the spots which I pointed out to them when they began.

They did a great job. They were in and out and did everything promised. They stuck to their quote and I have no complaints. I would use them again.

AWFUL!!  Do not hire these people.  Did not clean properly, did not even deoderize which I specifically requested and was on the receipt when picked up.  Delivery was scheduled for FOUR separate occasions when they didn't even show up or call.  Gave me attitude when I called and asked what happened to delivery?  Were nasty when I complained after I got rug back.  AWFUL PEOPLE

My experience with them was very good. They came in and did a really good job. They did not take much time; of course, there wasn’t any furniture in the house. The carpets were kind of messy when they came in, and they made them look almost brand new. I would rate them highly.

I thought they were professional and moved the furniture that could be moved. They put little protectors underneath the furniture and if they found a spot I did not see they would show me and take care of it. They were punctual, showed up on time and were very professional. I felt very comfortable with them being in the house and will use them again in the future.

Excellent. Got price over phone and that is what they charged. Showed up when they said they would.

They did a fine job. I liked the price and the job they did. This is the first time I've had my carpets cleaned. I have a dog and it smelled a whole lot better when they left. I didn?t have any comparison because of this being my first time to have carpets cleaned. He came right on time.

It went well. They came out in a timely manner and did the job promptly. The price was good. I was a little disappointed all the stains didn't come out and the workers did not explain why.

The experience was great because I was able to obtain information, get an accurate quote, and schedule an appointment all in one phone call! The crew who came, showed up on time when they said they would and were very professional. They took great care to make sure the furniture was moved correctly and not to break anything in my home. They were also well-groomed, easy to talk to, and non-threatening. They did not match the stereotypical carpet cleaner who you can imagine for yourself!!

They did the job they said they said were going to do. They came when they said they were goin to come and the job was relatively inexpensive.
