Outstanding! They have a very good selection of typical hardware store items (plumbing, electrical, painting, home maintenance, etc) and EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful employees. You can buy such things as nails by the pound, etc, from bins. You can buy screws, nuts, bolts, etc individually rather than having to buy a pre-packaged blister pack of more than you need. You can buy propane by the gallon instead of a fixed price for a full tank whether you need it or not. I am always able to find an employee with excellent knowledge about what it is I am trying to do or need. If the first clerk who waits on me isn't that knowledgeable on what I am working on or need, he will find someone else who does know. They are able to offer very useful hints and advice. Their employees know their business. You may pay a little more than at a big box home improvement store, but you get top quality products and outstanding personal service. You are always able to take something back if it turns out it isn't the right part or tool. My wife and I have been using this hardware store for over 15 years and are always extremely satisfied. The only reason I gave them a B rather than an A on price is because they are understandably a bit more expensive than the big box stores with no personal service. It's worth it to me.
