I received a free in-home estimate, they were very professional and the price was right. I really liked the fact that they were licensed, bonded and insured.
The initial top-down cleaning was very through. I use them currently as my bi-weekly cleaning service, and I have no complaints, except that they do not move furniture. I understand not moving beds, dressers, large bookcases etc., however I have hardwood floors so I was expecting that they would clean under my living room furniture. I haven't spoken to them yet about it, so we will have to see how that goes, but every other thing I have requested has been accommodated .
