They raise houses. They did the driveway fine, but they left my carport incomplete. I ended up having someone else finish the carport. The pricing was good, and they were here on time. The problem I had was, they didn't finish it. I tried to get them to come back and finish it, so I thought that was poor.

Company completed basic elevation but has consistently refused to correct/complete work resulting therefrom and has even refused to provide me with copies of all documentation pertaining to my property. They repeatedly asserted (through BBB) that they had complied in total but once I verified EVERY one of my claims via pictures/writings/voicemails, Southern immediately and abruptly cut off further discussions. 
Southern representatives manipulated FULL payment before ALL work was completed despite prior assurances that everything would be completed to my satisfaction, as promised.
In part, despite the reduced flood risk, my home was left WORSE OFF than prior to elevation.
I strongly advise against hiring Southern Elevation & Shoring since they have proven to be untruthful and untrustworthy.

My house is beautiful. They took approx. 2 years to complete (start to Finish including paperwork). Some of their office staff are rude. If you are able to deal with rude individuals and an excessive completion times, I would highly recommend them. Their finished product is very impressive.
