Representative at counter was nice and polite. Stated she'd call in a few hour once the job was done.... And did just that. Work was well done and to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Replaced worn tires with balancing and alignment.

Bought and installed that day. Old tires disposal covered in price. Warranty on tires provided. I got suspicious filling air in my tires one month that one of my tires started going flat before the others. Mind you New Orleans has bad roads. Returned car to Sam's 6 months after I bought the tires and they agreed that the tire had a puncture. It was fixed at no cost.
Description of Work: Four new tires for Kia Rio.

Over all it was ok. It was a little bothersome I couldn't get an alignment at the same place. I was looking for a good deal on tires, but I don't know if I got one.
Description of Work: They replaced 4 tires and I wanted them to do an alignment but they didn't. The cost was after a $60 discount from the tire manufacturer. I have 17" rims which they said added to the cost.
