They did a satisfactory job but that's about it. They never ever seem to be able to clean my rearview mirror and I always forget to look at it until after I'm gone. The interior of the waiting area seems to get dumpier and dumpier with each visit.their quality has definitely gone down in the last two years. It used to be run by professionals but now it seems like the people there just don't care.

The automated system was not automated. Brushes were missing. process was incomplete. Staff had to, 1. spend excessive time spray washing and scrubbing the car before it entered the "automated system," 2. staff had to drive the car through running the windshield washers throughout the process.
The staff outside, using wet rags, streaked the from and rear windshields, did not complete the wash that wasn't completed by the so-called automated system, and did not meet any of the expectations for the price.
Will never go back. No. It was the worst car wash I ever had. It was a total waste of money. I recommend any other drive through service (one available on West Esplanade, near Transcontinental and the other on Power Blvd. (NO,I am not connected, in any way to, nor work for these providers but ALWAYS get the car wash expected!)

Good job almost every time I go. However the wait was really long one time like 45 minutes so the manager pulled my car out of line and gave me a coupon to come back another time. I really appreciated that.

We pride ourselves on giving each customer the same top rated results, a very clean car. Also, weekends tend to be the busiest time at a car wash, so if you have spare during the week, usually the wait will be shorter. Come back in and see us and mention this response and recieve $5.00 off of your next full-serve package wash. Very professional service. I was very satisfied with the way the vehicle looked when they finished the job. I intend to go back soon for another polish and wax.
