A full service plumbing and drain cleaning company. We have been in business for over35 years. Our company includes 18 employees that are background and drug tested. We provide continuing education to our employees to keep them up to date on new technology and important code information. Rooter Man can work on any drain stoppage with cables or high pressure water jet. Our company can upstop kitchen sinks, toilets, face bowls, washing machine lines, bath tubs, sewer lines, yard drains, storm drains. If necessary our company has the latest video equipment to look into your drainage lines for any potential problems. Rooter Man also has a full service plumbing department. We can repair or replace leaking faucets in the kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and hose bibbs. Repair or replace toilets. Whole house water rerouting. Rooter Man can repair or replace tankless and traditional water heaters. Rooter Man can install garbage disposals. We are licensed to perform gas inspections, water inspections, and backflow inspections. Rooter Man can provide a smoke test to detect leaks. Additionally, we make under slab repairs often referred to as a tunneling repair. Rooter Man is a straight forward pricing company and we warranty our work. We have a customer service based philosophy. If you are not satisfied we are not satisfied.

They are specialists and I will call them if I need them but I will call Earl's first.
I paid for a video I never received. He did unclog the initial clog, but another plumber had to come after him because the clog moved further down the drain, so it was not a finished job.
Could not understand the bull he gave me about how he billed. Paid him $498 and thought it was a rip-off.Thought he also wasted a lot of time. He was there a total of 2 hrs. The only thing he did was confirm I had a break under the house. But how would I know for sure, since I never received the video to watch and confirm the break.

We called Rooter Man in the afternoon, and R. came out almost immediately. He quoted us $238 for the job and said that he could start right way. Normally this would be great, but because of other scheduling, we couldn?t do it. R. said he would be back out at 8:00 a.m. the next morning. At 8:00 a.m. the next morning, F. arrived. A?s for Responsiveness and Punctuality.
When F. was done, he told my wife that the charge was $337, $99 more than the agreed price. She called me and I got on the phone with F. I said that we would pay the agreed $238 and that the office could call me if it wanted to discuss it any further. He responded that he was increasing the bill because R. had to come help him with a part of the work. I replied that we had agreed to pay $238 for the job as a whole, not on a per technician basis, and that he never discussed any additional charge with us. He accepted that after some further argument. Later I found this on the company website: ?You deserve to know the complete price before work begins-and
have the option to decline if that price is not within your budget.?
After he left, my wife told me that F. had told her that he did not even clean the entire sewer line! (At least he was honest about this.)
We called the office, who was helpful, understanding, and appropriately apologetic. They sent R. back out almost immediately, and he finished the work at no additional charge. We appreciate that the company honored the statement from its website: ?You deserve full satisfaction with our products and services or we will redo the job for FREE.? The office also told us that all charges should always be explained to, discussed with, and agreed by the customer, and they acknowledged that this clearly did not happen with F.
We appreciate R.?s work and attitude and the prompt, polite response that we got from the office. We would use Rooter Man again in the future, but would definitely insist that F. not be sent out. The lower ratings are based on our experience with F.
