They are less expensive than the other dealer by a lot. We usually get a coupon.

I had to have a filter change and one of the batteries changed in the Toyota. I would give them an A because the batteries in Toyota's are not good in the cars. They explained to me in detail exactly what I needed for the car. I did not know they had 2 batteries. The explained to me they were 2 different batters and they did not know which battery it was until they checked it. As soon as they checked it they told me it was the smaller battery and they would change it. They said it would take about an hour. They told me what the cost would be and I appreciated it.

The young man that sold me the car was a nice fellow, but I don't think he knew much about the car. I love the car. I felt that the people at the dealership weren't too upfront about showing me this and that. I wish they would have gave me more instruction on the car, instead of being told to go home and look at the booklet.

The sales experience, especially the sales manager, was the worst I have ever experience. I walked out and went to their nearest Toyota competitor and bought two new Toyotas.

It went well. It was determined that I need new tires and a brake job.

Came in at 7 am. Easy drop off experience. Donuts and coffee in the waiting area. Took about 90 minutes for the oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. They also washed the car. Very comfortable experience.

I had checked under my hood over the weekend and found a little green circle on my brake fluid reservoir. I didn't realize it but I thought I checked the fluid amount but I forgot too but I was just curious about why my brakes were going to the floor again for the 4th time. I tried calling and leaving messages 2 times to one of the other daytime service men and they didn't return my call so I went in that afternoon again to

I have been going to get oil changes and work performed on my vehicle at Ray Brandt Toyota since around 2007 until present. Since 2011, I decided to get my brakes done at the dealer but wasn’t aware that they have new personnel working there in the Service Department. The reason being is that every time I went there, they said I had different things going on with my vehicle but I couldn’t understand why since my mileage is so low. I decided not to bring my vehicle back to Ray Brandt Toyota until I had a problem with my brakes around June 2012. When I brought it in to see about the brakes, they came up with so many other problems and nothing about my brakes.

Finally, when my ABS light came on, in October 2012, then that was the last straw about the brakes. The Service Advisor, Harold mentioned that it is the brakes and that they will replace the rear shoes and resurface the rear drums at no charge.

I was at the Pediatrician’s office with my granddaughter on Tuesday evening, October 30, 2012, and my rear tire went flat. I called Liberty Mutual Roadside Assistance and they sent someone out to change my flat tire. In the meantime, two (2) studs and nuts broke off of my passenger rear wheel. The man mentioned that it would be dangerous to drive but I didn’t have time to wait around for a tow truck since it would take approximately another hour to get there and I wasn’t feeling well either. By then, my granddaughter fell asleep and it was getting late so I drove 20 mph. from Causeway Boulevard to my house. I was just so scared but if it would have gotten any worse, then I would have to pull over and call a tow truck.

The next morning, Halloween, I went to get my flat repaired at Good Year Tires since this is where I purchased my tires. They pulled out a screw and a drill bit from the flat tire and I asked them how could the studs and nuts just break off from the tire and the Manager mentioned it had to be the last person who took off my tires. I found out that 3 weeks prior to this tire going flat is when Ray Brandt Toyota repaired my rear brakes so that is why I went back, after I left Good Year Tire, and I spoke with Service Advisor, Harold to let him know. I couldn’t bring my granddaughter to school until late since I had to go through all of this and also, I almost missed her Fall Festival which started at 10:30 a.m. In the meantime, the technicians at Ray Brandt Toyota didn’t put my regular tire back on so later that evening when I got off from work (Halloween night) I had to go back so I could put my spare back in the trunk.

On Monday, November 05, 2012, I was on my way home from work when my vehicle almost didn’t stop. The brakes were already going to the floor for the past few days but when I almost didn’t stop, I decided to go to Ray Brandt Toyota. The Service Advisor, Adam, had my vehicle checked and he mentioned that I needed rear brakes for a cost of $59.99 and the brake fluid needs to be changed for a cost of $81. I told Adam that they just did my rear brakes at Ray Brandt Toyota 3-1/2 weeks ago. So Adam mentioned that they will check the front brakes and repair the rear brakes at no charge. I am not going to pay $81 for them to change my brake fluid since everything Ray Brandt Toyota does, to my vehicle, it seems to be a problem.

I did end up paying too much. If you are on a contract with Toyota they are fine, but with me I had a problem to get through. I had to take my car the second time as I had another problem. Everything else was fine and they are a regular Toyota dealer. I will use them again in the future.

I never had any services performed by them. I purchased my car from there. They were very professional and the staffs were nice. They were not pushy. They were very nice and answered all the questions I had. He told me what I was going to pay and all those kind of stuff and explained what I had to do as well. I would use their services and consider buying another car from them if I needed to.
