440.00 Invoice came via email 2 weeks after the job was complete. It took the contractor less than 2 hours to finish. 2 hours, 1 person, minimal parts - and a 440.00 invoice. Ludicrous. More expensive than an attorney.

Pat came out and I didn't even have tp point out what the issues were - he and his helper went to work right away and repaired everything and even set a timer schedule for me without my having asked for one. Great service - very professional.

I called on a Monday afternoon, and Pat showed up on Tuesday. The job was done quickly and effectively. I just wish the $85.00 could be applied to the bill especially when he does the job right on the spot. Pat was not too impressed with the system that was installed originally with the home. I for one appreciate the honest feedback. Overall, very satisfied with the work that was done. I will definitely use his him again when needed.

Pat knows what he's doing, does it well and efficiently. He charges an $85 fee to come to your property and that does not apply to repair costs. That makes a simple repair that takes 15 minutes fairly expensive, but they are very open about the charges and in the long run, that policy is understandable ...otherwise Pat would be running around giving free estimates on simple jobs and making little or no $$. I was pleased with his work.

Pat responded quickly and was very knowledgeable. He is efficient and his fees were very reasonable. I'd hire him again without hesitation and plan to use him again should the need arise.
