the two guys who performed the work arrived early and worked hard for several hours, getting my neglected lawn back in shape. they did a great job. the company is now performing routine maintenance on a weekly basis. payment is simple over the internet. I get an invoice when the work is done.

Courteous and professional. I have used other lawn care professionals in the area prior to using this service. Chuck's service is the best of all of them.

Lawn Service
Chuck does a great job with my lawn. He has been maintaining it now for 3 months. So far, so excellent! Lawn looks like one of the best in the neighborhood. He never misses his appointment. When canceled by rain, he came the next day. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend his services.

Wonderful! Outstanding! This has truly been a "lucky find".
Chuck Lavin (the owner) does an absolutely outstanding job! I agree with the other reviews I read: He is meticulous and the yard looks manicured when he is finished. It is as close to perfect as I can imagine and the cost is VERY reasonable. We used him all summer and never once had a complaint. He (and usually a helper) cut the yard; edge the sidewalk, curb, driveway, flower bed and back patio; weed-eat along the edge of the house, storage shed and fence line; clean ALL grass clippings and leave the yard looking professionally manicured. They use what is obviously expensive professional equipment and work fast.
We pay him $25 a week to cut it on a weekly basis and he usually comes like clockwork every Friday. If we want to skip a week or have him cut it every other week rather than weekly, he charges $35. He may charge more for the first cut because he usually has a lot more work to do on the first cut. Note: we have a fairly small yard and he also cuts the yard for one of our neighbors, which is how I discovered him. That may be a factor in the low cost. When the weather turned cool and the grass stopped growing so fast, he cut back to coming about every other week but still charged only $25. The last time he cut it was about a week ago, around December 21.
We are completely satisfied and hope to keep using him. We recommend him highly.
Update Jan 31, 2015: We are still using this company and have been using them for two years. We are COMPLETELY satisfied. They cut our yard weekly during the fast growing season, once every two weeks when it slows down, and occasionally during the winter to keep it neat and clean and to pick up leaves. They do EXCELLENT work and still charge $25 per cut. Our yard looks manicured.

They make a preset appointment for weekly or bi weekly services and you can set your watch by them. The only evidence that they were there is that your yard looks manicured and neet as a pin. I have nver had such good and reliable lawn care.

Lawn Service
My previous lawn care guy left the state so I was in the market for a new company. I noticed that my neighbor had a new guy and I went over to introduce myself. I met Chuck the owner/operator and he agreed to come over and give me a free estimate. While I was showing him around I mentioned that I needed to get a couple of low limbs trimmed off of a small tree in my rear yard. He said he would take care of that free of charge if I went with his lawn care services. He quoted me a price of $40.00. This was less then I was paying the previous guy so I said yes and we made an appt. for this morning. Well He and his helper were here bright and early this morning as promised. I let him do his thing and when I heard him packing up I went outside to pay him and I have to say that my yard has never looked better! He cut it on a low level as I requested and it looks manicured it is so pretty. He trimmed my little tree in the rear yard, and placed the limbs on the curb to be picked up by the garbage men. I didn't see a single grass clipping anywhere on my pavement. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend his services. I gathered from our conversation that he recently returned to owning his own lawn care business but has been in the lawn care industry for over 20 years combined. I hope you will give him the opportunity to make your yard look like $10,000.00 bucks. I didn't say a million because i didn't want to come across as someone that exaggerates! LOL Thanks Chuck and helper! I look forward to next week!
