Charlie was extremely efficient in assessing the entrance points for the bat colony that had been living in my attic. He was very informative about the process for getting the bats relocated. What I especially appreciated was that the procedure would not result in any harm to the bats. It turned out that the whole colony did not evacuate within the expected 3-day period, and several found their way into the house. Charlie was very good about coming back to re-assess and examined the attic area thoroughly. He discovered an entryway by the exhaust fan vent over my stove and blocked it off. All at no additional charge. I am very impressed with his knowledge, and the prompt followup he provided.

Mr. Parker met me the next morning and did a walk around my building and spotted the pointed of entry, He then went into the attic and could see the bird, but when he came back with a cage to capture it, the bird was gone. He then removed the nest which filled a small plastic bag and filled that opening with foam. Then he went outside and noted other possible points of entry and suggested that he fill all those spaces to prevent birds, or anything else, from finding a way back into my attic. Because I live in a condo, the association had to approve that work, and they did. By the time I came back from work, Mr. Parker had completed the job and I could see that he was very thorough, but when I came inside, I could hear chirping. My first thought was that the bird was still in the attic so I called Mr. Parker and he came back. He went back into the attic, and even though we could hear faint chirping, he could not pinpoint where it was coming from. As time passed, he determined that it was from outside and probably the bird was trying to find a way back in, but said the bird would find another location because he had sealed any other points of entry. Mr. Parker stayed for about an hour to make sure, and he was right. Since then, I've had no problems. I'm so glad I called Parker Wildlife. Mr . Parker was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would definitely call him again, but I sure hope I don't have to! ;-)

After assessing the situation in our attic, Mr. Parker sealed entry points into the attic with heavy duty screen (large louvers on ends of house, end caps of ridge vents, around an old power vent, and the chimney). After identifying some footprints, he set out live traps and two squirrels were removed from the house. He then set out snap traps in the attic and two rats were removed. We were very pleased with the service he provided. Would certainly use him again.

Parker Wildlife Control has been positive but they haven't been back. They came back a couple of times but this last time I needed them to come back; it's my fault. They're very good.

Mr. Parker arrived about 4:30 in the afternoon. He was surprised to find the pest was not under the house. It required further investigation. He worked until nearly 8 pm to locate and removed the dead opossum. He repaired the cedar closet wall and exterior wall. He was great at explaining what he was doing, patient with our elderly grandmother, who was the homeowner, as well as with my toddler who was very interested in what he was doing. We were very pleased.

Chuck answered the phone when I called a little before 9 am on the day we really noticed a funky smell in and around our kitchen. He told me he could come that same day, sometime after 4pm. He called at 3 to say he was on his way. My husband met him at the house and he took at least an hour searching for the source of the smell. It ended up being a big dead opossum in the middle section under the house, which he removed and disposed off. Chuck was extremely pleasant, professional and tireless in his search.

Wonderful...see above. I called many agencies, including animal control and NO ONE would take the job. He did immediately.

Over-all, I am very pleased. Chuck knows his stuff and is fearless in getting after wild things. Expect to pay a lot for the services. Few people will perform wildlife removal, so you get what you pay for. I like and trust Chuck. He has integrity and he will not set you up unethically, to have to pay more, as some companies will. If there are any complaints, it is that he needs to work on warning people when he is going to be late and he needs to call people back more promptly, but I told him this and he agreed.
