He has to redo my floors that he hasn't done. He messed up my cabinets. He took up all of the toilets and vanities so I only have one bathroom operating in my house right now. He lied about his building permit. I had to get all of the materials. He didn't pay the person to pick up the dumpster so I had to pay it out of pocket so they didn't put a lean on my property. He is a liar, he is not reliable at all.

HE STOLE $24,000.00 FROM ME.  He called in November and said he would make good on the job.  We were on vacation and came back on November 20th.  Everything was gone.  He didn't do anything that he promised.  He still had the key to my house.  He's been telling me for the last 2 weeks that he would either bring the key or drop it in the mail.  He has had multiple excuses.  DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN, OR YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!

The project went very smooth. After initially contacting Alex OValle (owner), we set up an appointment for the following day for him to come over to conduct a site survey and to discuss what our needs were. Alex was very prompt, we discussed what I wanted, which was a 13x16 addition to my existing raised house. I received his proposal within 2 days.  About 2 weeks later I contacted Alex and told him that we had decided to go with his company. From that time on Alex took complete charge of the project, he went to the Parish and applied for and received the Building Permit. Construction began, crew was very professional, courteous and prompt. Alex handled all inspections throughout project, with all passing easily, and the job was finished within the time frame we had discussed. Alex was very easy to get in touch with, always returned my calls within minutes and was always happy to answer any questions I had. We are very pleased with the new room and the O'Valley Group, and would highly recommend them.
