About us
We specialize in condominium and homeowner associations. We also manage residential and commercial properties. We are not a "large company" where you can get passed around from person to person. We prefer to give one on one service to all of our clients. Our company was created to purchase existing contracts from a management company that was closing due to the owner retiring. While we started in 2013, we have been managing some of our contracts for over 10 years.

We also manage residential properties, from one client owning a single home up to clients owning million dollar portfolios with singles and multi-family housing. As a fully licensed real estate brokerage we can also assist clients trying to build a real estate investment portfolio or selling off their property.
