Glenn responded to my request for service immediately and did the work the next morning. He removed and replaced an existing gutter and will install gutter guards when they become available (out of stock at present.) He kept me informed of what was going on, and the finished job looks good. I can't say yet whether or not the new gutter will solve my overflow problem since it hasn't rained yet, but I feel that he did everything he could to fix the problem.
