Installed wood floors incorrectly. Did not use a vapor barrier and floor has a mold problem. Contractor was sued and lost. It's been over 60 days since he lost. He was to pay the full amount in 30 days. It's now almost 90 days and the contractor hasn't paid yet. We have filed additional paperwork with the court to force him to pay. I would not recommend using this contractor in the future. You may contact me for the actual court records to confirm. Contractor also DID NOT have a State Issued Contractors License and DID NOT have INSURANCE.
