Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Jim Lapre's Air Conditioning I will never use again. All I had was misery with the man. August 26th he was due, and that was the day Katrina hit so I don't fault him for not turning up. When he finally got around to doing it, which was about six months later, I had some problems with it. It just wasn't cooling. I called him up to come and take a look at it because he'd just put it in, so he was still responsible, right? He refused to come out, and he expected me to get on my belly and crawl under the house and flip the switch. I was 60 years old at the time. I thought I'd have a heart attack! I just couldn't believe he was asking me to do that. It infuriated me, and he just, adamantly, wouldn't come out. He did everything except for flipping the switch on the heating unit! He doesn't back up his equipment. The system is good quality.
