+ 0 moreWe've never had any problems. The people on the phone were very knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about. They have a large group of mechanics, so even when we just show up they can usually help right away. You can also get tires at a really good price from them also. Anything we needed (even at weird times when we couldn't get help anywhere else), we always got help with here. If you have children, they have a play area. We have a three year old grandchild, so this was really helpful while we waited.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them has always been good. They are very professional. They have been around for a long time. They are not high pressure, and they work within your need. It was just a good experience. Their service department is very good. I guess all dealerships are roughly the same when it comes to price.

Mr. Dennis Lamarque and Tim Lamarque are there, great people, great PR, have helped in sales a couple close family of mine when buying. He also a big help when had problem with that radio above, though not his job directly, cared enough about the team to check into it and facilitate the process ...
Description of Work: Had to replace a tire damaged by a bad curb-drain on truck I bought there in Aug. was a little expensive but not the most expensive. considering the circumstances, took me fairly promptly and did the wirk well and timely. I tried to get the discount by applying then for their savings and credit like card, but dont think I have heard the response and so then dont get that discount. YOU CAN COLLECT POINTS ON $ SPENT, to go toward service, so that is good. I do think anyone who buys a vehicle from them, like the $ 20K truck I bought, should at least get or automatically be eligible even for a low line of credit for discounts advertised to card holders. Also had tire rotations and oil changes, done well. Other work involved, at no charge because part of the sale deal for the used truck, was the radio CD stereo system that didnt work, had to be replaced, factory sent them the wrong one first--after they hooked it up, gave it back (someone had to pick up for me because of my schedul) BUT didnt work SO CHECK EVERYTHING IS RIGHT BEFORE LEAVING. They did redo and get the right one in, just took a while, though the factory ford, not Lamarque's fault. Also, had the small dent repaired and repainted as part of the sale deal, with excellent results. THE STAFF IS PROFESSIONAL, even with news that customer may not want to hear. Derick, a fast lane mechanic supervisor is great, always on top of things, respectful, and seems to really know his stuff. THEY CAN GIVE YOU A RIDE BACK IF HAVE TO LEAVE VEHICLE FOR A WHILE. The driver was nice when my aunt used this service on repairs for her vehicle. Do be specific, verify estimates etc, do call back if waiting on a part and hoping its in.

+ -1 moreHe was very good. I would tell the Angie's list members to go to him. I have a Ford and brought it to the Ford place to get it fixed and I went somewhere else to get an estimate but I went back to Ford as they were cheaper.
