Over the holidays, Lenny came the day of our request to investigate a sewer drainage problem. He communicated well during the whole process, letting us know his arrival time and the status of our sewer pipe investigation. He was thorough in the process: persistent scoping, found & cleaned out sewage blockage another plumber could not clear, provided detailed notes & a map of sewer line’s path on our property & provided a video of the inside of the pipe. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

I had 2 previous horror stories on plumbers from past years so, I was sceptical on calling another .. Im super glad I called my past and now present experience totally different . Fast response, personable and the best thing is the fair pricing !!!!! Im a small business owner myself so I appreaciate these things .. Two thumbs up for sure ! Next time instead of carring buckets , trying to snake lines myself , and spending money on drain products I'm calling this guy first thing !

I have used Herbert Drain Care for several years for all of our drain issues. They have been my number 1 go to company for all drain issues with my rental properties on both the Southshore & Northshore of Greater New Orleans. Lenny was recommended to me years ago when he set up his business and I must say I have never had a bad experience with his company. Lenny scheduled a trip for the very next day after the call (he offered the same day, but it wasn't an emergency, and it worked better for both of us the following day. ). He called when he was on the way, and knocked out the job in about an hour. Super professional, courteous, and very reasonable on price. Would 100% use again should the need arise. 5 stars all the way.

It went really well and he did take $30 off the price as we are first-time customers.
The drain stopped up again, we called and Mr. Hebert came back out and again unstopped the drain.
Mr. Hebert explained we might have a problem under the slab if this occurs again.
We feel we were very fairly treated and will certainly use this company again when and if need occurs.
