Hauck is very reliable. There's something to be said that we have the same courteous, professional, and competent technician for at least 15 years. We've been using Hauck for 30 years or more. Charges have been reasonable. The tech arrived in a timely manner and inspected and tuned up the HVAC system. Repaired rat-chewed wire on the heater. . Tried to resuscitate compressor (spent about an hour doing this), but was dead. I didn't have the funds then to replace it.then, but I've called them today and I hope I have AC before the end of the week. UPDATE 7/3/18: AC not cooling with excessive heat. Called Hauck, they arrived the next day. Result: the bottom had fallen out of one of the vents. They repaired it, did a spring inspection and charged me only the $100 fee for the inspection.

I've been using them for probably 20 years. Their services have always been topnotch. I've never had a problem with costs, they have always been reasonable. So, I recommend them to anybody.
