Feniv's came to my house as a Choice Home Warranty Vendor on 5/4/22. They told me I needed freon but they had to get approval from CHW to do the work. They told me someone would be in touch later that day or the next day at the latest. As of 5/9 I have not received a single call from Feniv's or from CHW. I have called them multiple times and was told that CHW approved the freon on 5/5. Other than that, all I get is promises and the run around. Also, more times than not, they don't even answer their phone nor do they return messages. I do NOT recommend Feniv's Heating & Air.
