The lights he changed out were high quality.  He told me the housing was bad in all eight of the fixtures and replaced all of them with cheap fixtures.  While doing the work in my attic, he stepped through my ceiling.  He promised to send someone to repair the sheetrock damage.  I eventually had to file a small claims suit against him to get his attention.  He said he was sending his sheetrock guy again, but that guy didn't show.  I told him at that point that I would get it repaired, and he could pay for it.  He did finally pay for it nearly a year later.  Now six of the eight lights he installed do not work.  I am on angle's list looking for an electrician who can do the job right and not damage my house in the process.
