There are no contracts to sign. Our employees work in teams of 2-3 people, and bring all supplies with them.

Flavia, owner of Faithfuness Cleaning LLC runs a fabulous business. She and her employees have been cleaning our house for a few years and we look forward to them coming. They are so professional, easy to schedule with, and very thorough with their cleaning. They have been very sensitive to COVID, making sure everyone feels comfortable. Outstanding work. They recommended a deep cleaning but since we were moving out of the apartment I was only looking to do the bare minimum to get out deposit back. Their "basic cleaning" was incredibly thorough. Our home has never looked this clean. They were SO nice and did an amazing job. Already saved this number in my phone to use for future cleaning needs. Highly recommend!!!!!!

I had read several highly rated reviews about Flavia's service. I am saying ditto on those reviews and adding another. Flavia and Elle did an excellent job cleaning our vacant apartment getting it ready for our new tenants to move in. They cleaned floor to ceiling, including baseboards, all around every window, kitchen cabinets, in & out, even the ceiling fans. Next time we need an apartment cleaned we will be calling Flavia again.

I found Flavia and Faithfulness here on HomeAdvisor. I needed a crew to deep clean a house in Kenner during moving, and Flavia immediately came out to evaluate the house and explain what she and her team would do. They came and spent an entire afternoon and evening cleaning, and they are absolutely the best cleaning team I've ever seen. They did far more than I would have ever thought of, and I'm certain that the house is cleaner than it has ever been since it was built 30-odd years ago! I was so delighted and impressed with Flavia and her excellent team that I am hiring her again for my father's house and my sister's house. They were truly fantastic and I highly recommend them. There were 3 very friendly people who cleaned, mopped, dusted and vacuumed. They made the beds and cleaned 2 bathrooms. They even tolerated my spoiled dog. I was very impressed and satisfied with their work ethics.

Flavia was a great person to work with. When I called to get a price she came that day to look at my house and give me an estimate. When she came she and her team did an excellent job and were very nice. The house has never looked better!! I will continue to use her. Her prices are reasonable and the quality of her work is better than any other cleaner I've used!!
