Small Appliance Repair
An Angi.com rep told me to give Derrick a low rating because they're too cowardly to handle honest disputes. He said a bad review is the only way to trigger a review of charges. Derrick is a perfectly good technician, but because of part delivery and scheduling issues, he ended up doing only a diagnostic on the fridge, not a repair. I'm not mad about that. I'm mad about being charged $252 for a simple service call. I'd be fine with a charge for half that much, but Angi.com won't even do that for me. Instead of handling disputes, they pit customers against service people. Shame on them.
