The contract was not honored as I came to find out they did not replace all roof hardware.  They left rusty flashing which leaked until I paid another company to replace.  The contractor also did extensive damage to my gutters.  The clean-up was very poor as well.  I had to clean up old roofing nails myself.

They came out after a hailstorm. They kind of persuaded you to use their services, so they could contact your insurance company. They're not really responsive on your calls or returns. The workmanship was really poor. The materials that you choose were good. It's just the workmanship that was bad. They take a long time to get back to you, or to return your calls. If they come back to make repairs, they use silicone or duct tape. They trample all over landscaping, not taking responsibility for it. They don't do what they say. We hired our own inspector to make sure the work was done properly. The reports came back with negative remarks. The contractor just left the job without a response. It was really terrible work.
