Everything was good.  They kept me informed of what whats going on.  They only gripe was they missed the original delivery by one day.  Other than that, they were awesome.

It was a very good experience.  They worked with the insurance company to determine that the car was totaled which worked to my favor.  They then helped me to purchase a new car with which I'm quite happy.

It was a somewhat disappointing experience. We asked that they take some CDs out of our old car and place them in the new car, but they never did. In fact, we never saw the CDs again. What's more is that we returned a tool which they had left in our car, but we never got a response after doing so. However, we really enjoy the new car, and it is running fine.

There were a couple of bumps in the process, and it took them several hours to get the car from another dealership which I disliked. In addition, we got the type of the car that what we wanted, but it was missing some of the features that we had originally requested. We had to have an after-market company install the features, for which the dealership paid, but Chevrolet won't be liable for any problems with them. Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience.

Work done as promised, transmission still functioning well after approx. 1 year.

Delivered car for repair. Was provided a realistic time frame for completion. Tim White, Collision Repair Representative, called to advise estimated costs and an update of schedule. Repairs were completed quickly...in fact , 3 days ahead of schedule. Costs matched estimate provided. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. Would return in the future.
