Bison's services what they sell and will come out to your place and pick up whatever needs to be worked on. They are down-home folks, friendly, give service with a smile and get things done on promised date(s) or earlier. I bought my first zero-turn mower from another dealer and they required me to load it up and bring it in to their shop some 20 miles away. I sold that mower and got a new one from Bison's. They come out and pick up my mower and do a complete service job on it and when it needs other work done, all I do is call and they run out and pick it up. On my most recent experience, I noticed my blades were not as sharp as I wanted after mowing my grass and called Bison's right at closing time. The man who took my call asked if someone could pick it up at 7 a.m. the next morning, which was a Saturday. They showed up on time, took my mower in and had it back to me Monday afternoon. I didn't expect it back for several days. When I expressed my surprise at the quick return, the delivery person said that they have three mechanics now and have a quick turnaround. I don't see myself buying anything but a John Deere in the future, and when I do need one, I will go to Bison's.
