They did an excellent job. They are very professional and informative on the equipment. They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess. If I had a question, they could answer it. When they put in my original unit, it was reasonably priced considering the prices of others. I also got a 10 year warranty that covers everything. I would recommend them to anyone

Excellent.  At the beginning, we called because our unit was not working properly.  They came out late in the evening, checked the unit, did some troubleshooting and the unit worked better.  They returned with a hand written estimate for a new unit and all of the details of what they would be doing.  They gave us the cost of 3 different units.  We then had the unit to completely quit working and we called them on Friday afternoon and told them the situation.  They got the ball rolling and called us on Sat. while we were out of town and took our information and submitted it for financing on our behalf.  Monday morning, they called us back and told us we were approved and the unit was ordered.  They are so patient and take the extra time to help in any way they can.  When they came for the tear out they realized they quoted us for a total electric unit and ours if dual (electric and gas),  we wanted to go full electric so that was fine.  Muse then had to add running electrical lines to the breaker box and said that the cost would remain unchanged from the original quote, even though our job required extra work.  They have always responded in a timely manner and were punctual with their appointments.  They are also concerned with the aesthetics of their work,  they will do things to make things more pleaseing to the eye as well as a thurough job.  We had a condensation line that was just protruding form the eave about 2 foot and the water just dripped from the eave to the ground.  Muse reran the line so that is sits flush against the house and runs to the ground.  It is encased in something that looks more like a downspout and we can direct the water away from the foundation now.  I feel completely comfortable allowing Muse Refrig. into my home even when my husband isn't there.  Honestly, I feel I could allow them access even if we were gone.  We received another quote on the same job.  That quote was like 100.00 less than Muse, but we couldn't get them to explain in detail what the cost included, what they would be doing etc.  One of the main reasons I chose to go with Muse instead, the customer service we had experienced.  We felt like having reliable customer service was worth the 100.00 difference in cost.  Also. the product Muse sells has a better review and better warranty. I would recommend Muse Refrigeration even if the cost is slightly more, in the end the service is a definite plus !!
