Do not let this man in your house, he does not know what he is doing, It's embarassing when people come into your home and immediately ask you, "Who put down this tile?!". It is a mess. He didn't even put a sealer over it he was in such a hurry to get out of here. (I found a whoe unuesed bottle in the closet under my garage. My 2 horizontal blinds in my front picture window look hidious. I am disgusted to the point it makes me sick every time I look at it. I can't even walk on it barefoot because it is so gross!
Description of Work: I found a card of his in a business. I had been wanting to put the new ceramic tile down in my kitchen, bath, and hall. I gave him a sample of tile and paint to compare. He said that he had done this before. I had to front him the money to go buy the materials, (first mistake) the tile was way too light but I didn't say anything about it. I told him I wanted black grout. He questioned that. Bought tile and grout, did not even take up old lanolium before putting glue down for tile. He did not use the picks to keep the lines straight. I had him come back a couple of times for tile that was breaking and had hollow spots in them when walked on. None of the lines match, the tile is chipping and breaking to pieces along with the grout. I was so mad I could not call him for about a month, I was afraid I would say something I would regret. When I did call him I asked him why he did not tell me that he did not know how to do this and I would have gotton someone else. He said that he would come back up to look at it but I told him that he ruined my home and I didn't want him back up here and if he would pay me back $50.00 dollars a month I would appredicate it. He said NO! He has ruined my home and I am stuck with it. It woud cost a fortune for someone to come in here and try to take all of this stuff up and redo it. I can not afford it. He even replaced my living room blinds with 2 instead of one and you can see all the way through my home. That was not supossed to be a problem either. He did not want to put my molding back down in the kitchen, hall, or bathroom and what he did doesn't even match the molding that was there. Also got black grout all over my white dishwasher and didn't even bother to get it off. This has made me sick!
