First thing they do is text you a reminder of your appointment the day before. You have to confirm by 5pm the day before. And they are super busy, always. So be prepared to not get in quick. I book a month in advance. We went in at noon and I requested for my dog to be trimmed and for the special of the month, which was teeth brushing and hot oil treatment.  My Shih-tzu is a very nervous dog and does not like strangers, but she doesn't mind going for her 'Spa Day'. I think that says a lot right there. Rochelle and Lisa are always so kind to the dogs. They treat them as if they were their own, talking to the dogs, loving the dogs, praising the dogs. I've spent time talking with them, they really care.  When I picked up my dog at 4:30, she looked and smelled wonderful. She was cut as I had asked. Her belly was smooth, no nicks, pinches, razor burns, rashes, ears clean, eyes trimmed and she was sitting quietly in a kennel, watching everything, until she noticed me, then she went nuts! LOL   They tell me how she behaved, if there were problems-knots, sassy attitude, etc. Oh, and the best part, they will take a theme picture of your dog and post it on their facebook page. So adorable!
