+ -1 moreFirst, they want proof of ownership, all owners, before they agree to meet with you. First appointment made 10 days ahead of agreed date. They called after the appointed time for which they failed to show up and said they did not have a technician available. A second appointment was made 2 days ahead of time. They called again at the exact agreed upon time and said they did not have a technician available. These guys are a complete waste of time!
Description of Work: Required an estimate to replace windows on a house.
