I’m responding to the negative review on here. Payment was only made in the amount of $1000 and customer never finished paying for work completed as customer wanted more work done that required a permit which customer refused to obtain and so therefore no more work could be done on this property by this company and there was no Contract between parties.

Tim Stites agreed that the work was not completed. For EIGHT MONTHS he said (at least weekly) he would return to complete the work. When I stated that the work MUST get done, Tim Stites said he would NOT return to complete the job. I do not live in the property at which the work was being completed and I spent many days (full days!) waiting for him to arrive. He never came to the property and did not call or text to say he would not be coming that day.
