Jefferson Appliance Repair

They came on time. They protected the floor and layed out the panels from the dryer, cleaned all the lint, took out the barrel drum and showed me the part that was the culprit.  He had all the parts available to repair it and was within 80 minutes.  Leo and his son were pleasant, efficient and helpful.

He said he fixed the leak, but after he left the leak was just the same. When we called them back on three separate occasions, we were told they would be back either that day or the next day. They never came back. This is a totally unreliable company and I would never use them again. I had to call someone else to fix my dish washer.

Within six months after the repairs (total $2,000.00) the freezer and oven were out, and we called their repairman for two months with no response. Recently we found their other number and for the last month we have to get them to come out. They ignored our first weeks of calls and we finally got through, now they say they are coming, but for two weeks they keep missing their appointment. Their repairman said he would take care of all paper work and warrantites, his office couldnt even find a copy of the receipts-we sent them a copy. We still have two broken appliances after $2,000.00. They are terrible at repairs and quality and responsiveness and their professionalism does not exist.
