Owner stated to me job could be done in one day. Came to my home early on the morning of 5-2 16 , returned car the same day at 8pm. Upon delivery noticed that the finish was not smooth along with dirt stuck in the finish. The owner John told me once the finish completely dried that the dirt would just wipe away. Trusting people like I do , I took him at his word and paid him. What a fool I was. I have been in contact with the company many times and have been promised twice that the owner John would come to my home to correct the problem.Well I have wasted two whole days of my time and still no show. I thought By getting someone from Angie's list that the company would be reputable, but this is not the case . Looks like I am going to have to file a lawsuit against the company to recoup my money and have someone else correct the problem with the hood of my car.

On 8 April, these guys came out and fixed a minor dent on the passenger side fender on my 2011 Dodge Durango. Once they finished their job and painted it I noticed that there was a discontinuity in color. I was told by the so-called "dent expert" that this was due to the fact that the paint was curing and it would look like this for a couple days. A couple days went by and I noticed that the color was still dull and very much noticeable. I have made several attempts to contact the technicians and the secretary of the company and I've received no response. Of particular note, one of their technicians called me and explained that due to the bad weather they were unable to fix the dent, which is totally understandable. However he was scheduled to come by this past Sunday at 1:30 but not only did he not show up, I received no form of communication letting me know that there needs to be a change of plans. These guys then sent nasty text messages to my phone because I was fed up at the lack of response and professionalism and I contacted the Better Business Bureau to have this issue resolved. Their website clearly states that they "guarantee 100% customer satisfaction" and that all dents will be repaired and painted to "look as new". This was clearly not the case and in one of the text messages that the technician set me, he stated that "you get what you pay for" and that "nowhere on his website did say that they were going to make the car (repairs) look like new". This is obviously a contradiction for anyone that would just go on their website and read what they have said. My advice to anyone that has a dent that needs repairing, DON'T use these guys.
