Lawn Tool Repair
It was a nightmare. I was never able to cut my grass two complete times without it falling apart (literally). I think it was put together wrong from the beginning. I would bring it in, Mike would keep it at least a week, I would pick it up, cut once and something else would fall apart on it. I have a regular yard, it's not like I was trying to cut a pasture. I lost a lot of time at my work hauling this lawn mower back and forth, and the only explanation Mike would give me was "if I was a man, I would know what to do". I guess women aren't smart enough to walk behind a Snapper lawn mower. I finally left it sitting in my shed, not even out of warranty and bought a Lawn Boy. Now I can actually cut my grass. I would never buy anything from Mike or his son again.
