"My ac stopped working. And Gage was able to trouble shoot and talk me through the process of what to do to get it back up and running running. I was able to be in a video call where he instructed me what to do and what parts to go buy and how to replace it myself. Because he was aT another job in another state. And I was desperate to get my ac back up since I live in Louisiana and it?s hottttt. His knowledge and ability to explain what I needed to do so that I can understand was really impressive.
