The first set of workers arrived a couple of minutes late, but nothing really significant.  They began working and others joined later.  They performed admirably and achieved everything requested.  They admitted it was a bit more effort than they anticipated and took a bit longer.  They did stay without reservation till the job was complete.  All in all, I felt comfortable letting my 6-month old grand-daughter stay in the house in her sensitive condition.  That was the goal.  My daughter is planning on scheduling a periodic cleaning, though not as in-depth as the sterilization I requested.

Very professional and nice to deal with. These two women (and a third for part of a day) worked non-stop for over 5 hours. Not a complaint from them that I heard. They were a half-hour late, but that was ok with me. They looked pretty tired when they left.
The two bathtubs had not been cleaned in a long time, and were caked with dirty soap scum. I was seriously considering replacing the tubs. They cleaned them back to nearly new condition. Total cleaning of entire 3Bdrm, 2Ba house. I was in house the whole time, and they didn't seem to mind, even when I asked them to be sure to catch certain areas a few times. But they had already planned to do them anyway. Even though I was in the house, I was not looking over their shoulder, and left them to their work. Glad I did.
The original appt for a look-see of the house was missed. They were a little late on the reschedule, and then a half-hour late on the cleaning day. I guess they're busy. It's not enough for me to be upset over. Especially when I saw the excellent job that they did.
I would recommend these folks to anyone. They seem to be very honest and trustworthy, so I don't mind them being in my house alone.
This is apparently a family-owned business, and their sense of ethics run through the whole operation.
If you use these folks, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I am very pleased with the work they did.
