It was actually defective and we had trouble with it from the beginning. We can't go back to the manufacturer so we had to go back to the distributor and it went round in big circles. I just wouldn't call them back if I had to do it all over again. When they finally fixed it, it was a good job.

I was recommended those guys and I couldn't be happier. 2H after the phone call, my central air was working again. It was a two steps process : first two employees came and diagnosed the problem for free, then came back with two more of them to install the new unit. All of them were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. It's been a family company of 30+ years and it shows. We felt we were treated like human beings rather than just customers and it was a pleasure to chat with all of them while they were fixing what is more than luxury in Louisiana. Thank you!
