I am very pleased with their work. Before they gave me a price, they did a comprehensive evaluation of my house. They measured my entire house, each room, including ceiling height and number of windows, to determine the correct size unit needed. Then they did their calculations and came back with several choices for the efficiency ratings of the A/C unit and type of duct work along with prices for each choice. They also included the warranty information for each choice.
Once I made my choices they ordered the equipment and were back the next day to start the installation. They tore out the old system and installed the new one and had it running in 1-1/2 days. I thought sure they would have to cut a hole in my ceiling to move the equipment in and out of my attic, but they were able to get everything through the return air vent opening.
In summary, I was very impressed with their knowledge and professional installation. Now, two years later, I'm really impressed with the fact that my summertime electricity bills formerly in the $400 - $500 range now average around $150 - $200.
