Roofing
It was a mixed experience. They had a problem with the roof next to the chimney. There had been a piece of the rafter cut away to put the chimney in causing the roof to sag. They put some wood to brace it up and it came out nice. That part came out good. They said they would cover all the shrubbery around the house to prevent damage but there was a sago palm in the front that really got beat up because it was not covered well. Then I noticed a corner piece of the roofing material was not cut right so it sticks out. During the quote he said he would take off all the shingles and paper starting fresh from the wood. They took off the shingles but they left the paper. The put the tar paper on top of the existing paper. I notice now there is a slight waviness in the shingles. They do not lie flat.
